My daughter was given laughing gas for a procedure and the oxygen tank was empty. My husband noticed something wasn't right with my daughter, and it wasn't until he said something that the technician realized there was no oxygen in the tank they were using. Absolutely unacceptable.

If I would give Zero stars, definitely would. My child had a cleaning done on a Wednesday and they needed more work done. They were able to get me scheduled for the next Monday. I scheduled the appointment in office before leaving on Wednesday. The receptionist said she would confirm the appointment in their portal as it was only 2 days away. I agreed and told her I would be back on Monday for 1.30pm appointment. Imagine my disbelief when I received a text message at 5pm on Thursday saying that because I hadn't confirmed my appointment it was canceled. Since it was after hours, I decided to work on squaring the appointment on Friday. Called, left a voicemail and then drove to the location on Friday morning. Only to find the office closed even though Google and their phone recording say they are open on Friday from 10am- 2pm. I decided to leave another voicemail and wait for Monday. Sunday, I got a message saying to confirm my child's appointment for Monday at 10.30am. I did. Got reminder messages that they were "Looking forward to seeing you at your appointment on Monday at 10.30am". Called Monday to figure out if the appointment would be for 10.30am or 1.30pm. The receptionist at the front desk is rude and always has an attitude. They take way to long to get their patients back. I had appointments for all five of my children and it took them 1hr to get my first one back! Im sorry but 1hr when I was 10mins early for The first appointment is very unacceptable and very unprofessional on their part. They got my other children back 30-40mins after their appointment times as well. If it wasn’t so hard to find another dentist office that accepts our insurance and the waitlist wasn’t so far out I would have already changed them to a different dentist. I am writing this from the dentist office still waiting for two of my children to be seen.

Both of my young children have been coming here for a few years now and every time we’ve came, the staff have been wonderful! From the front desk, the hygienist, and ending with the dentist, each person is kind, knowledgeable, and shows compassion to the kids! Going to the dentist can be a scary visit for kids, but the staff handles any type of fear or anxiety with grace and professionalism! Cleanings and treatments are done quickly and the kids leave happy!!

We have been coming to this location for a year. The service is excellent, and my son enjoys coming here. Staff is great with the kiddos. They explain every step of the process and provide tips to get your kid to brushing more often. I’m am pleased with the support and services.
